Great subs, super friendly staff, sometimes a bit full, but where it tastes good it is usually full.

When Vaid is there everything goes quickly and it tastes good, when the one woman is there it takes forever and doesn't taste that good, you should just go on

A new colleague has been there for a few weeks who unfortunately doesn't understand anything about the subs and doesn't want to work. Whenever we want to eat there and get in line, something has to be prepared. Cut vegetables. Baking bread. Etc. Then you get a time (10 min - 30 min) and we always thought: Good. Let's go shopping and then come back. Usually after about 30 minutes we are back at an empty subway and are told: it takes x minutes, he has to do exactly the same as 10-30 minutes ago. Seriously disappointing as it is not an isolated incident.

Caution people ordered / bought a sub there today and now stomach problems something is not as fresh as usual for us it was the last time we ordered something there

The waiting time at the Hanse Center for a certain employee (currently working) is simply too long. Has often been noticed.

According to the sign opening time at 9 a.m., it is now half past 12 and the employee still needs 15 minutes since they have not yet opened.

I was super happy! Very friendly and quick service, despite the fact that the employee was all alone in the shop. I got a super tasty sub. I will gladly come again! Thank you

This Subway apparently takes hardly any action from the app or the like. part. I also wanted to buy a sub, it was just after 7 p.m. All but a glass door were pushed forward and there was nobody there. In addition, the covering was already covered. Both on the Internet and on site, it is open until 8 p.m. Too bad.

Probably the worst subway I know. We were there yesterday morning and there was no more bread, we were told in 30 minutes it would be ready. We also arrived about 30-40min later and there were no breads ready ??? Today we tried it again and the employee needed forever for a sub. While the sub was in the oven, he just stood there instead of preparing the next loaf. Time management is the purest disaster there. We will probably not eat there any more.

I went with my family and we were served by a French (we think was from France) staff, totally overburdened, stressed out and forgot many things. But the owner is the one most guilty (Saturday afternoon and only 1 employee there) Incredible? and many waiting times. Next time we prefer to drive to another subway.

A small subway restaurant in the HanseCenter. Unfortunately only one employee on site. This can lead to waiting times. Something bad. The staff was friendly and the subs taste, as you would expect from Subway.

Goods on 08/13 there and wanted to strengthen us after an excursion. The employee was serving two customers and said we couldn't order anything more because he would then close. A look at the clock showed us 7:06 pm !!! Despite questioning looks we were simply ignored by the employee, there was no explanation for the early closing. I don't know such behavior from the Berlin subway shops and cannot allow myself to behave like this at my work. One star is actually too much, but you can't get less.
